most of them aren't, so they don't.

scott seward (scott seward), Tuesday, 24 August 2004 22:53 (twenty-one years ago)

It doesn't really, unless it has nice artwork.

adam. (nordicskilla), Tuesday, 24 August 2004 22:58 (twenty-one years ago)

It doesn't, because there are some rotten albums that I've associated with a certain time so I toss it on anyway.

Johnny Fever (johnny fever), Wednesday, 25 August 2004 16:05 (twenty-one years ago)

So you listen to it enough times for the subliminal commands from Satan to take hold.

Wooden (Wooden), Wednesday, 25 August 2004 16:07 (twenty-one years ago)

it's the albums not the 12"/singles that generate sales revenue. putting singles out just promotes the album/band. and if the album's good, then it might be popular enough to become 'catalogue' which'll get re-ordered by chain stores years after the album was first out.

Why does an album need to be good?

So that I can feel satiated in the time (to say nothing of the cash, if Ive purchased it) I've invested in it.
