The Domino reissue of Ulrich Schnauss' A Strangely Isolated Place comes with a bonus cd. Does anyone have the tracklisting for this bonus disc? Domino's website doesn't have the listing nor do the usual web retailers (Amzon, Barnes and Noble, Overstock, et al.)

I believe the bonus disc has been axed.
Something to do with licensing issues.

[But if it's any consolation, the Junior Boys
domestic issue will have a 4-song bonus disc that
includes remixes by Fennesz and Manitoba.]

Thanks, Tom. The non-appearance of the bonus disc would explain Domino's reticence to answer my emails on the subject. I appreciate the information on the Junior Boys disc. I had also asked them about that cd but got a similar silence on the matter.

Yes, it's true. There will be no bonus disc in the Ulrich Schnauss package. We had planned on it but had clearance problems in the end and therefore will revert to the original 8-track release on both CD and 2xLP.

And the rest is correct too... Junior Boys package WILL have a four-track bonus disc that contains all the prior UK b-sides. Vinyl will only have the original ten track album spread over two LPs.

these levels seem really high but doesn't take away for the mood. after listening to some 70's Roxy Music this sound out of the world right now.

oh don't get me wrong this is one of my favourite albums of the 00's (like, in the top 5 alongside ulver, kate bush, lapsus linguae and I forget what else)

i think i like his first album slightly better than this one. it's kinda corny and formulaic but in a really endearing/evocative way

but yeah this record is lovely too
