In the sense that the Ramones had just one song. (But lets not debate that here).

Maroon 5.

Yeah okay you can do ballads yeah so can every other band on vh1 not interesting; now do that thing again where the bass and piano matched and there was funky guitar and you sang pretty well that sounded pretty neat actually, just more of that This Love sound please. More guitar R and B, less Matchbox 20.

A number of years ago, I might've said Nick Cave, as I strongly preferred his feral hellion schtick to his mawkish piano balladry...although I've come to appreciate that stuff too, now.

Failing that, a dated choice: WHITESNAKE! More "Still of the Night" (or, actually, more "Slow'n'Easy") and NO schmaltzey shit like "Is this Love" and "Here I Go Again".

prozac+, in the spirit of the ramones.

If they just had one song instead of five albums worth of that one song ... i can only imagine. i'd like the song even more.

Billy Squier. That Stroke Me song is awesome.

The Knack. Should've been the greatest one-hit wonders ever, but they had what, five albums?

Missing the point.
