Kid Rock is free to state his opinions, but so too can The Boss and Jon Bon Jovi. For the record, Jon Bon Jovi (a military brat, by the way) dedicated "The Distance" to our troops in Iraq during the U.S. tour in 2003.....right up until Bush announced "mission accomplished" on the flight deck....

I can't stand the fact that anyone who dares condemn the war is lambasted for "not supporting the troops"! The troops, poor souls, are only their doing their jobs. I support the troops in as much as I think they should be at home where it's fuckin' safer, and not dodging bullets in a war we went unto under false pretext.

Kid Rock and Springsteen. I politically side with Springsteen, but musically speaking, I can't stand either.
