I bought it today at the Tower Records by my office for $16.99. I felt guilty not buying from an indie store, but was too eager. So far it's awesome. Only weird thing is that iTunes would not let me rip the last song of disc one ("Nail Clinic").

But it's definitely out (I'm in L.A.)

i bought both of these (frusciante and crcr) at the local indie shop qan hour or so ago. Both only $14.99!!

i went to Best Buy today and they had multiple copies of the CRCR reissue. It seems it should be relatively easy to find.
