damn, I remember getting this back in the day when I was wondering if there was more to life than lumberjack shirts and goatees and it blew me away....

they tried to link metal with dance in the Spawn soundtrack to lesser effect.

standout track - Sir mix-a-lot & Mudhoney.

You mean Judgement NIGHT ...

It's been a while since I heard this ... "Just Another Victim" is really good ... and the Cypress Hill track.

I agree that "Freak Momma" is the standout. I also liked the De La/TFC collab . . .

Rickey Wright (Rrrickey), Thursday, 28 October 2004 17:05 (twenty-one years ago)

the Cypress Hill track

The SY one right? Cuz I can't remember what the Pearl Jam one sounded like, so it probably wasn't good.

Vic Funk, Thursday, 28 October 2004 18:10 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah, CH+SY, "I Love You Mary Jane".

MindInRewind (Barry Bruner), Thursday, 28 October 2004 18:12 (twenty-one years ago)

We've done this, i believe, but...

standout track - Sir mix-a-lot & Mudhoney.

OTM! "Freak Mama" is by far the most entertaining track on the disc.

I just bought the Helmet best-of this week, and "Just Another Victim" is on there. Made me happy.

Classic! I still crack a smile when Sir Mix-A-Lot says "Just lost my street credibility, y'all!"

The De La Soul / Teenage Club tune rocks, too.

Tantrum The Cat (Tantrum The Cat), Thursday, 28 October 2004 21:07 (twenty-one years ago)

Ya, freak mama is da bomb.

"Fallin'" still makes me indescribably happy. A great record to be 16 to.
