Where's the Kleptones "hip-hopera" thread?

Hey! Where's the thread about the Kleptones's "night at the hip-hopera"?

Couldn't find it here.

Anyway, I wanted to check whether anyone had commented on the fact they put ODB on top of "Another One Bites the Dust". That "another celebrity bites the dust" skit at the end is kind of spooky.

that's the one track that stood out for me. if you like hip hop and queen and dancing and bootlegs you might not find it boring.

I liked their Beatless collage better, it was less of a standardized mashup, more freeform, sounded more like (but not as good as) Big City Orchestra's Beatlerape, or the Residents 7". Their version of the 'day tripper' riff is brilliant (on the track 'white blood sells')

I've enjoyed this, but not as much as Yoshimi Battles the Hip-Hop Robots, which was one of my most-played records (?) of the past year.

Well, never thought I liked Queen before and don't see myself going and listening to them now. But I *love* this. I tried the Beatless thing, which is OK, but I was expecting something more.

I don't understand why people aren't raving about this.

three weeks pass...
yeah, why have I just heard about this now???

Massively underrated....

when you listen to the gtey album you feel you should be liking it, cause its the beatles and the jigga, but its too clinical.

this rocks the party.

( and thats my definition of good music )

I don't suppose many are interested in this but if you're stuck for sample spotting http://mashupbreakdown.com/nhh
