If you're using the widely accepted definition of 'boy band' as in a manufactured pop group of male singers who generally do not play instruments or write their own music, then I'd say the ugliest one is O-Town.

Yeah but it's not often you get as many fit members of boy-bands as McFly, mostly there's one token fit boy and the rest are pretty mediocre. So two fit boys + one who is above average + one minger is pretty good going.

I do agree that lower right hand boy is the best of all of those pictures, but it's a shame that none of McFly actually look like that. It's cos his hair is spiked up rather than in a silly floppy fringe.

Phixx are very good to look at. I think their first single was decent enough but to be honest I can't remember any of it because the video was so distracting.

I don't think they sound like Dodgy - 'Obviously' was quite good! Although the new one is a bit frubbish.

There should be a McFly vs. V thread on ILM, shouldn't there? Perhaps on ILE, as we're not really concerned about the music..

the rather funny thing about their appearance on popworld was that they got on to the subject of gayness - one of the band members was like "oh no, none of us are gay, of course! gays in a boyband? whatever are you thinking of?!" in a highly ironic way. he wasnt the cutest one tho.
