i know his rapping style puts some people off but this new album is fucking WOW!!!!!

I loved the first one, so I'd been waiting for this for a while now. I'm going to reserve judgment until I get a copy that doesn't distract with a repeated promotional disclaimer, though. It's too hard to pay attention when I'm just counting the seconds until that thing appears again.

Haven't heard it yet. I loved all his other shit but when I found out about the Funky Drummer mixtape I thought he'd lost it. How can it not be painfully boring to hear the same beat over and over again? Somehow he came up with enough classic shit and obscure shit I'd never heard to make it a great listen. Plus he can rap and juggle beats at the same time.
