It's Lucy Pearl, Raphael Saadiq's "supergroup" with Ali Shaheed Muhammad from ATCQ and one of the girls from En Vogue. The track is called "Don't Mess With My Man" and is on their self-titled debut album from 1999 or 2000 or something. It's really kind of nice!
