iTunes help: file conversion

I want to take an AAC/M4a file and convert it to MP3 (this is necessary to upload it onto myspace.com)

How do I do this?

right click then go to "convert selection to mp3"
and that should do it

make sure mp3 encoder is set as your default; control click on file
