French/European techno/house/electrowhatever recommendations needed

Just what the title says...in a couple of weeks or so, I'm going to be placing a largish order (~$100 or so, hurrah for raises and overtime) with Amazon.fr, and I need recommendations on recent dance music that's unavailable in the US (or only available as overpriced imports):

Since the dollar/Euro exchange rate is much more favorable than dollar/pound at the moment (, I'm definitely going to pick up the 2-disc Basement Jaxx singles comp, along with Bran Van 3000's "Discosis" and Miss Kittin's "Happy Violentine" single, but beyond that I have no idea, so any and all recommendations are welcome

...Jesus GOD is my punctuation terrible. And grammar. And...gah. So this is why people sweat that "sleep" thing so much.

Where can you get these cheap in the U.S.? I'm not being snarky, I'd actually love to find them.

misch masch: at tower records for $15.99

tiga, crydamoure, the bpitch and kitsune and gigolo and creme organization discs are all be $13.99 or so at my local shop.

i think the get physical disc runs for around $18.99 at amoeba and other places i shop which is pretty steep but i'm not sure it'd be that much cheaper getting it from france.

alba's "switch" suggestion is actually on point. i shot my mouth off too quick.

the DJ gigolo comp is $18.99 at tower and 1 or 2 bucks cheaper at my local indie.

sorry i should stop pooping on the party

I should probably check gramaphone for the get physical comp.

OOOOOH buy these!!!! they are the glimmer twins "club culture" compilations. 1 disc electrohouse, 1 disc r&b / rap / dancehall. i don't think you can find them cheaper than 30 bucks apiece.

the salif keita remix CD, with mixes from ark, luciano, et al. i think it's on universal france, and i've only seen it at amoeba for ridiculous prices (and bought the 5x12" from dusty groove for an obscene amount).

Culture Club 1 is a wonderful mix. The second one I'm not so sure about, but the forthcoming third one has a tracklist which makes me drool.

check that out, looks so so good!

Placed the order today- about 60 euros for four CDs and shipping to Alabama. S&H was even steeper than I expected, so I didn't save as much as I had hoped, but that's still a hell of a lot cheaper than paying import price here in the States. Of course, this means that domestic versions of these will all be out within two months just to spite me:

Mylo- Destroy Rock 'n' Roll, Basement Jaxx- The Singles (2-disc edition), V/A- New Deutsch comp on International Deejay Gigolos, Ivan Smagghe- How to Kill the DJ vol 1.

Alas, the Eskimo mixes and comps are still super-expensive, even in France. Lousy Belgians *grumble rrrgh*
