dirty radio is probably the closest you will find, most internet radio stations tend to stick to specialist niche genres/ focus.

Russian station called Frunzenskaya Underground is killing it w/rare groove this Xmas morning. Obviously WFMU sets kind of a ridiculously high standard for internet radio but the last hour of this Frunzenskaya station is incredible anyway. Under the "eclectic" setting in iTunes radio.
