Cos bloody hell - 'The Kursk' (yeah, s'cheery) sounds like Robert Wyatt meets Eno meets Scott meets 'Le Parapluis De Cherbourg' and I'm feelin' it like a motherfucker . . .

Bit 'Marble Index' ish n'all. Not exactly encouraging Spring to come but mighty fine . . .

Finally somebody started a thread about it. Yes, I like it very much. The record moves along very nicely until the very end, where it makes me jump and say WTF is with the d&b? I have actually set my Itunes to not avoi the last track, as it ruins the whole experience for me.

...set my Itunes to avoid the last... sorry

So what exactly is his deal now with these dinky European label releases? Anyway, yeah Drinking Songs is fantastic, though I have to admit I'm starting to miss the old TEF style a bit. I found the random d&b thing pretty amusing. It's like his running gag now.

Did anyone dig that OuMuPo from last year?

Damn, how did I miss this? Well, time to shop at Amoeba...
