if you're like me, you spend a lot of time watching public access. which means you've developed a weak spot for Ad council PSAs. (propaganda works!)

This one sounds like broken banjo, broken bandeon, and broken brass, struggling to keep playing after someone knocks their sheet music over. i'm in love.

please help. you can find at
http://www.adcouncil.org/campaigns/Seat_Belt_Education/

click on 'anthem / dummy'

sorry the quality's not the best. the full spot is magnificent, though.

i'm pretty sure that it's just music done by the agency. it wasn't a group or anything.

I'm still conflicted about "you wouldn't treat a crash test dummy as a child - so why do you treat your child like a crash test dummy?"

That logic is just pissing me off for some reason.

the campaign is out of the dc office. look on the ad council website for the number and call them. they'll put you in touch with the agency that made the music. that's your best bet.
