i.e.

Dead Boys "All this and more" goes on about being a dead boy...
Daisy Chainsaw "Upmanship Down" chorus is basically "Daisy Chainsaw"

So who else avoids the "Same title as artist" syndrome?

Although it describes a birthday party, Happy Birthday by The Birthday Party contains neither the phrase "happy birthday" nor "birthday party". So I guess it wouldn't count.

smog "teenage spaceship"

Well, this is kinda the OPPOSITE of what the thread asks for, but it's bizarre enough to be worth mentioning: In '88, Blue Öyster Cult re-recorded their own song "Subhuman" 14 years after the original, and inexplicably retitled it "Blue Öyster Cult." (The word "oyster" does appear once in the song - in BOTH songs - but not a "blue" nor "cult" anywhere in sight.)

also...
Galactic Cowboys, "Ranch On Mars"
