Repetitive samples of "I'm a -- I'm a hustler homey. I'm a - I'm a hustler homey" and "Ask about me" from DOYS, and a guy rapping over the top. Kind of a high-pitched, relaxed voice. Some lyrics: "I could sell a sock to a slug, thug", "I'm a hustler" (many times) and something about more money more probz.

I like that song when it sticks to rapping about hustling, and not rapping about rapping. The line about being like P-A-C with the P-E-N is pretty weak, as is the pathetic kiss-up to Jay-Z and totally unwarrented comparison to Biggie.
