deluxe 2 cd edition in the shops now - gorgeous packaging and tracklisting.

is this legit .. or is Lavelle skipping the everso dodgy licencing issues with this ?

suspect no-one round these parts will give a shit as its lavelle fleecing the mowax collectors ..

These are never even sanctioned by Lavelle as far as I know, the bootleggers take on the extremes when it comes to anything Mo'wax-ian, as they know how insane the collector's are. It's so rare to find a legitimate release (whether its a mix CD), 12", Or what not from this camp, especially recently. The big brother cd, after the first 100 of the gi shin tai mixes, etc, etc.

hey, its still cool, and, they are still rare as sin to scoop em. Where did you pick it up? See it online anywhere???

seems to be semi-legit according to unkle77.com who normally outs these as bootlegs ..

there is supposedly a special edition version . but so far no-one has seen that.

basically this was released in a single disc version for some lovely ICA bash a few months ago .. but this is the expanded/extras verison ..

the nancy sinatra/elton john comedown at the end is very cool ..
