I've hyped this songwriter a few times on the board, so I was glad to hear that a label is picking up his recent EP. It's a new label called i+ear records, but supposedly it has a good distribution deal and its founder is somehow connected with Will Oldham (his manager or tour manager or something). There's supposed to be a release party in June somewhere in NYC, but I don't know any more details. Anyway, yay Mike!
