fit as she is, does no one else think ms oliver is actually pretty damn stupid? not as stupid or empty and brainless as june sarpong but miquita doesnt ever actually say anything of note or humour, she just looks very smug, says smug things in a smug tone that arent actually very funny or clever and really is kelly brook to amstell's johnny vaughn.

Don't understand a word you're saying. I watch David Frost on Sunday mornings, me.

agreed on the smug thing, but she is a great foil for simon amstel.
Who incidently must be well over 6' tall

I liked it when her mum (Andrea Oliver) substituted for her. She was in Rip Rig and Panic, you know. Respect!

I love her. I love Simon. That is all.

Simon is what makes Popworld but he does need a sidekick and she does a great job in that she recognises he's the star of the show.

Why the hell isn't he/both of them on primetime telly?

Nick H (Nick H), Friday, 13 May 2005 18:22 (twenty-one years ago)

Seeing as she spends half her time laughing at everything he says, I think he's getting too much recognition. And he's turned into a bit of a pillock in the past year.
