I've managed to luck into a ticket to the Nine Inch Nails show (not for free, but fairly cheap, considering it's sold out) this Saturday. The show's going to be at the Tabernacle, which is in downtown Atlanta. I already have a room reserved, but I was wondering if anyone from Atlanta and/or with the venue had any tips. Is there adequate parking nearby, or should I plan on walking? Any cool places I can visit in the vicinity before the show? Any suggestion on when I should show up if I wanna get near the stage?

Yes, I'm extremely excited.

there's parking all over downtown, you might have to walk a couple of blocks at most probably, depending on what else is going on around there. you're gonna have to pay a few bucks obv for parking. here's an overhead shot. there's a marta station a few blocks away at phillips arena if you want to do that. it's an alright venue, a bit corporatey but still some character. it's got alot of rooms you can hang out in, etc.

thanks, guys — forgive my ignorance, j, but what's a "marta station"?

lb, keep me posted — maybe we can find each other. i'm driving six hours for this!
