Which bands do you think consistently executed the best (or least, most interesting) wholesale image changes from album to album?

Examples to consider might be: Devo, The Tubes (e.g., Completion Backward Principle, with the corporate image), Dexy's Midnight Runners, etc.

It was more like every two or three albums, but Kiss used to change up their particular get-ups (morphing slowly from naughty black leather to family-friendly disco superhero plumage).
