Search: Kim Syms 'Too Blind To See It', De'Lacy 'Hideaway'

Perfect perfect perfect. The former is sublime US slinky production style of the time (Steve Hurley at the desk?). Syms seemed like a really good vocalist (sexy if not that powerful) and was hella cute. 'Hideaway' is the opposite vocally - a swirling vortex of protest and resolve, as towering as the Manhattan and Chicago skylines thanks to Deep Dish in inspired, hungry form. So that's two shades of the same music, and they both did very well in the charts.

Destroy: Sybil 'When I'm Good And Ready', Alex Party 'Don't Give Me Your Life'

Hard to explain why I loathe them so much, I think the former is too soppy and I don't like her voice on it. The latter's just too naggy, 'Read My Lips' was a much better track.
