time for a roll call : hidden archives .. am i alone ..

just wondering :

am i alone in the fact that a lot of my collection is hidden away in the Attic (ie the archive) and can only be accessed when the house is devoid of others .. ie when there no kids in the house !

or is this alcoholics anonymous type of trend something that happens across the ILM world ?

I've relegated lots of stuff to a storage locker in the basement, which requires lots of effort to access, so no, you're not alone.
