i can't add too much: roger grierson, the bass player in the band and the guru behind doublethink and green records (and the once ceo of festival mushroom records till he retired a month ago) let me know that this was finally happening. it will be released on the 101st anniversary of george orwell's birth. phew.

one month passes...

my copy just arrived so it should be in the shops pretty soon. the website is being prepared : http://www.thethoughtcriminals.com.au/ but there's nothing up at the moment.

great booklet with a full history of the band, lots of pics, funny anecdotes and a small "where they went" section. final mastering was done at studios 301 by don hartley et al instead of at roger's old festival mushroom mastering. sounds great, etc. fun!
