My friend Mike and I decided this was an opportunity for one of those Dickie Goodman break-in records consisting of Spector productions:
"Mr. Spector, how would you describe the size of your hair?"
"River deep, mountain high ..."
"What do you say to yourself while styling it?"
"Let me put you up where you belong ..."
"I think it looks pretty bad, myself."
"Instant karma's gonna get ya ..."
"We really can't let you into the courtroom like that."
"Just once in my life, let me get what I want ..."
Then one of his exes takes the stand:
"Ma'am, weren't you afraid to date Mr Spector?"
"Just because he doesn't do what everybody else does, that's no reason why I can't give him all my love."
"Did he ever threaten or harm you?"
"He hit me -- and it felt like a kiss."
"And what did you say to him then?"
"Wait till my Bobby gets home!"

I believe there's a story in the Ronnie book where she talks about how every night when they would go to bed Phil would draw the blinds and dim the lights to complete darkness, at which point she could hear him remove his wig.
