hey guys, my brother made a request from me for some songs for his wedding - i need your help, ILM... here are the constraints.

1. young professional, late 20's crowd, along with older relatives (by this, i mean that baile funk may fall on deaf ears...)
2. soul of any variety is gonna KILL at this wedding - stax shit and other southern soul, especially, i think
3. rap from 1987-1994 is also going to KILL at this wedding - maybe nothing too explicit (its a family wedding, folks)

Besides which, given the relatively clear constraints you've laid out, you already know what songs you want to play and you're looking for validation of your picks, so this thread is kind of useless from the get-go.
