Daniel Wang hasn't got a website outside of Environ Records, Discogs doesn't list the CD, and searching to find the rest of whatever series it's a part of is futile since it's on Universal (Japan, I think, but still not a label with a small enough backlist to sift through) and "Sessions" is about the most appallingly generic name possible. Seriously dodgy cover art too. But, on the other hand, the tracklisting! He's got Pink Lady, for fuck's sake!
My curiosity is seriously piqued here.

third of all, i can reliably tell you this is even better than "unclassics".

first of all it's not on universal, it's on music mine.
second, it's not called "sessions", it's called "come on let's fly".
Thanks for the info- I've looked up the label and it seems the previous two mixes were by Kenji Takimi and Moodman, neither of whom I'm familiar with. The Takimi one looks promising, though.
If this is true I am going to be nigh-incoherent with glee once I track down a copy. Unclassics is one of my favorite mixes in years, and I currently have the disco fever bad.
