I've heard the song in question on WBLS in New York -- it would definitely be classified as R&B or dance. It sounds more disco than electro, but I wouldn't label it either one. It's danceable but more of a laid-back affair (the only comparable tempo I can think of right now is "Shoop" by Salt-n-Pepa).

The chorus is made up primarily (or entirely) of two words - "ALL NIGHT," sang by a female(s) and stretched out over about 7 seconds.
I've heard a line from the song sampled (and possibly changed to a higher pitch ala Kanye West/Chaka Khan) in a late 80s/early 90s song which I also do not know by name. The line goes something like "Take me in your arrrrrrrrrms and love meeeeeeeeee."

And finally, there is a flute or similar sounding instrument playing the melody in the song.

Thanks and happy brain-racking!

and if you didn't remember, that was LL Cool J's "Round the Way Girl."
