"Moonshine Heather", Parliament. Because one could do worse with one's life than picking a different P-Funk tune to put on repeat play every day (or even one-per-week!) forever.

'train in vain' by the clash. i found it inexplicably relevant so i listened to it on headphones over the course of almost an entire work day.

now i can't stand it.

Fennesz - "A Year In a Minute." I probably listen to this song about 3 times before I go to bed. The static and the underlining guitar work confused me for a real long time. But after realizing that he uses the static as his main instrument in the song makes it all the more relaxing to me.

I used to listen to "Animal Nitrate" by Suede over and over and over again. At the time I really liked the way it felt so purple, but that was as far as my thinking went.

Greenskeepers 'Low and sweet' - jaunty steel guitar hoedown disco mix novelty thing, makes me smile until my face hurts.

Faust - "It's a Rainy Day Sunshine Girl", before I had to pick myself up and go to work.

Syd Barrett "Rats", just for that line about "teething wet we meet in fleck". Nonsense in the biblical sense.

seven years pass...

aphex twin - "xtal" is an old 'on repeat' standby for me.. just fits the mood perfectly sometimes

i don't usually practice this; though i remember walking around town for 30 minutes or so playing barrington levy's "here i come" on repeat
