I can't post a pic of it at this instant, but I remember always being bothered as a kid by the cover of Kiss' Alive. Look at the sleeve -- you don't even have to look that closely -- and Ace Frehley is holding his guitar...well...wrong. I suppose he might've have been spinning it for dramatic effect or something, but the strings are facing his thighs, for cryin' out loud.
