I was watching him play "(Have You Ever Been to) Electric Ladyland" on TV, with Prince on rhythm guitar. Then: "Is that bassist Ike Turner?!" It was. At the end of the song, Hendrix joked, "Welcome to the Celebrity Mayors Convention."
