theres one, maybe the only southern hip hop blog from the UK - www.oldboyentertainment, which is ok, kinda smug and smarty pants though, a load of hip hop journos that seem to want to show just how clever and academic they are when it comes to the south so a bit annoying in that regard, but nice colour scheme.

i like cocaineandblunts and weaveinmyhair best.

I assumed you meant 'one drop rule' as in one drop of southern rap.

I suggested that cocaine-blunts is passing the test as in he's still acceptable to new york folks. I guess its tenuously 'clever' but it was a throwaway 'joke'.
