i pick "ooh la la" by the faces because it is the greatest ballad ever.

the wiseguys because the beats make me want to dance. i find the goldfrapp one a bit annoying actually. something about alison's vocals i think.

I pick 'Oolaa' by Orbital

I'd go for Ooh La La, the BBC comedy farce series of the early '70s starring Patrick Cargill.

the wiseguys track... nggg, i dunno, i was never able to truly love it. it lacks the dementedness of fatboy slim. maybe the beat is a bit naive, if that makes sense.

I doubt beer drinking frogs would much go for Goldfrapp, to be honest.

It's beautiful, Man!

Pineapple flavour Cresta - "It's frothy, Man!" It also made me puke the one time I actually drank it.

At my brothers wedding, the DJ played the Wiseguys "Ooh La La", and my Dad jumped up and said "I LOVE THIS ONE!" and ran to the dancefloor. He later performed a drunken interpretive dance to "Bohemian Rhapsody".

Therefore the Wiseguys.

If I come to Poptimism tomorrow I promise NO INTERPRETIVE DANCES, drunken or otherwise.

A few years ago while I was overseeing a junior jazz dance exam, this seriously adorable 10-year-old boy danced very very well to the Wiseguys' "Ooh La La". He got a distinction.

Wiseguys win.
