I just found a Technics SH-DJ1200 Audio Mixer on top of a garbage can in Newark

I was in the car with my Father and Brother and my father said "Hey, do you want that mixer on that garbage can?" I looked at it and said "Pull Ova Yo! I needz that mixa, Aight!?"

I checked it out and it turns out to be good. I don't have a 1 and 2 so I don't know if it works but I plugged it in and it turns on.

The only problem I can see is that the Phono Line switch (on top of the Input A switch) is missing. I pushed it with a pen and it clicks.

I'm probably gonna sell it on eBay

By the way. On the bottom of the Cross Fader, it says "The Official World DJ Champion Mixer" in orange letters. Is that true?

the cross fader is shorted out, at least.

I checked it out and it turns out to be good. I don't have a 1 and 2 so I don't know if it works but I plugged it in and it turns on.

A cassette or CD player would work. Any audio output for that matter...

Hmm, sometimes it's easier to buy a new mixer than get a fucked one (esp. a crossfader) repaired. You might discover this.
