Is the vocal on this one a sample?

(It's 'Smorning' from the Lighta Spuba EP)
I'm getting, and i'm not entirely sure why, an Ashanti vibe from it.

Its me, back in the Koze thread. Anyone heard his new Christmas single? Errrr its a bit odd. Basically a Wolfgang Voigt track w/dancehall vocals.

Yes, it didn't do it for me. Pampa has yet to put out a release that excites me. I used to love Koze but now, for new stuff, I really only dig his more ambient stuff like the tracks on the Pop Ambient releases. His remixes of indie bands leave me a bit cold, give me Brutalga Square any day.

There's a new Claro Intelecto track, "Back in the Day," that gives me a "Don't Feed the Cat" vibe. Need to go back and listen.

Mmmmm, Rue Burnout/Blume Der Nacht was a sick release and Purple Drank by Axel Boman is pretty sweet too.
