There are a few unlimited legal music download sources. So far as I can determine, each, to comply with Truth in Advertising requirements, would require either "Unlimited," "Legal" or "Music" to be placed in quotes.

So Playlouder will pay a certain amount to the recording industry based on teh number of files exchanged? If this does catch on on the level of other file-sharing services, won't Playlouder go broke shortly? Or will the monthly fee just rise astronomically?
