Just been listening to 'Dirge' on a compilation tape and it's ace, does anyone know anything more about them, are they still around? And which album is 'Goethe's Letter to Vic Chesnutt' on, I've only ever heard the Hefner version.

You can get all their stuff on mp3 from their label's website.

Which I unfortunately can't find at the moment, but I think I have it my Favourites at home.

I think that might have been it, yeah. I have most of the mp3s at home but I think they're burnt to CDR.

If you have Soulseek, you can browse user "team wang", look in the TO BURN folder, the Freewheel album is in there, has I Suck on it.

Also, same user has the Serious Cat 7" in their Ripped Vinyl folder...

I don't know how to use YSI and don't have time to try now (I'm at work) but I can download I Suck on Soulseek from my home account and send it via gmail no problem!

I have "Freewheel" on vinyl. It is pretty good. "I Suck" is easily the best thing on it.

Oh no it's not. That would be "Josh Has a Crush on a Femme from Reed." I freaking love the New Bad Things--right up to their last album they kept getting better. (And they get together every year or two here in Portland and play a show--last year when they played I missed it & could've torn my hair out).

Apparently there exists a Peel Session somewhere on which they covered Frankie Goes to Hollywood's "Relax." I saw them play it at a party back in the '90s and it brought the house down.

Isn't "Josh has a crush..." technically a Matthew Hattie Hein song? I've never heard a full NBT version.
