"We don't need cars"— You do need drums.
It sounds like a million other confessional female singer/songwriters to me, with a thin voice, no real hook and a need of better leveling (especially during the intro). The acoustics sounded flat and there was no sense of space at all. Perhaps add a bit of reverb to the vocals and keep the guitar flattish?
