clone and seymour bits - no.1 popstars?

its only just come to my attention that clone have ( i think) had a number 1 hit in holland for months or something, and the track was produced by seymour bits! its "watskeburt" by De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, and theres a video here

i know its a bit old, and theres been a couple of references to it, but im really into this tune! could you imagine similar credible electro producers getting to no. 1 in the UK or whereever?! it just seems mental. has clone made a ton of cash off this? what on earth is happening?
