Every Time I Die - New album, music video....Michael Madsen?

I dunno how much interest there is in ETID on this board but I'm curious to know what other people think about the forthcoming album.... personally I like ETID's older work but this new stuff seems to lack the energy and technicality that I thought distinguished them in the past. Here's the new music video, featuring Michael Madsen, in a particularly strange role. I was thinking this was going to be along the lines of the Glassjaw clip featuring Vincent Gallo and it does end up being kind of a crappier version of that video. Madsen just kinda rocks out and then beats up one of the band members in the end. Oh yeah and the new album features the guy from Glassjaw and I think also the guy from My Chemical Romance (terrible). So......any thoughts?
