Does anyone know if 'Dominic', who plays guitar, bass an banjo with The Shortwave Set, is the same Dominic who used to play with Captain Needle's Methadone Circus?

It's years since I've seen them, but I remember they had a tall, hairy guitarist called Dom, and there can't be too many of them around.

Does anyone know when the new single is out, by the way?

On the contrary. There are upwards of a million tall hairy guitarists around. Though precious few can possess the same louche and refined qualities as the shortwave set's very own lanky talisman. I know the track Repeat To Fade will be their next single and that they are supporting Goldfrapp on their October dates. I had a mailshot saying details were shortly to be announced. Can't wait personally. Best band in the country, and Dominic is a plenty cool foil for the mighty Andrew, Ulrika and David.
