Musically, Hank kicks Johnny's ass, but Hank had a really bad back from a rodeo accident, which plagued him for all 29 years of his life. So he probably wouldn't have been much of a match, physically.

Hank had spina bifida -- he had near constant back pain and a botched operation made it even worse.
