hot as shit Mtl band feat. boy and girl vocals, dreamy shoegazed guit burnouts and occassional Dischorderly whumpa-chunk rhythm. produced by Besnard Lakes dude. I like the girl vocals stuff very oh-so-breathy hyperventilated pleas, the guy vocals songs (which are the more DCish) are kinda meh, but the title of the album rhymes with the name of the band, so bonus points for that.

It's pretty bad, though, right? Like they're fine - I wouldn't mind seeing them as an opener, - but would you buy this?

What - "Dance 4"? Where's the oomph? It sounds okay but why isn't there any sound up front? I could totally imagine it being re-mixed into something exciting, but I need some guitars or keyboards chiming in my ears, not tucked in behind the vocals and pitterpatter drums...
