Song I.D. - "Frozen?..." current pop single

Apologies in advance for the vagueness here - I am trying to identify a song I have never heard for a friend... it's a current pop single with a female singer (Ashlee Simpson-ish), and the chorus contains the word "frozen" mentioned several times. Any ideas? (And it's not the Madonna song... it's something new). Thanks...

Apparently no, it's got more of a "rocking" feel, with guitars and a Kelly Clarkson-type sheen.

So it turns out it actually is Ashlee Simpson, from her new album, and the song is called "Eyes Wide Open," and I'll be damned if it's not the next "Since U Been Gone." The thing is mighty catchy.
