Identify this track where 2 old people get drunk on wine

I heard a "song" on the radio a couple of months ago that was basically an old distinguished sounding couple drinking wine somewhere with music playing in the background.
As they drink more and more, they get drunk and giggly, and at the end of each drink they say something like "MARVELLOUS" or "WONDERFUL!" referring to the wine.
Can anyone identify this weird and wonderful piece?

You can prob. find it on a Dr. Demento CD. It's pretty great, huh? I first heard it on the radio a few years ago -- it still cracks me up.

It's the first track on the Demento 20th edition, which is worth owning for Kip Adotta's "Wet Dream" alone.

couple drinking wine somewhere with music playing in the background.

This could have described the Jefferson Airplane's Long John Silver album.
