Ladytron's "Destroy Everything You Touch" video = Godlike Genius

Just picked the CD single of this with the bonus video (I know, buying actual plastic discs with music on them is so old-fashioned). This one of the most amazing videos I've seen - you sort of have to see it for yourself, but the band is trapped in some kind of arctic world like Freezemeister's kingdom from the old Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer tv specials. Helen what's-her-last-name is so fucking sexy, and the Hungarian one lifts up her skirt and blows all kind of snow and frost at the ice demons that have captured Laydtron. Or something like that. Top video.

It is the best of the year, really. The twitching is first rate. I love it.

are you kidding me? this video was so boring. the shots were so repetitive. it was a nice concept and it looked cool enough, but to be blown away by it is beyond me.

Ugh, I can't watch it from that link. Buffering, buffering.

much better is this video of ladytron performing the song at the tate with assume vivid astral focus on the visual backdrop behind them.
