This joke works on so many levels.

1. The arms, they are pink. Presumably, that is Floyd (who is Pink) who is "mooning" you.
2. The dark side of the moon = a stretched out anus (puts quite a nasty spin on the harmless act of mooning).
3. The rainbow sphincter = updated to reflect the times and also a way of expressing, "we don't need any more money, fack yew!"
