Election Day is two weeks away here, and the candidates' debate is being televised right now. Which reminded me of this little blurb I read in the Toronto Star over the holidays, a lighthearted Christmas Q&A with the PM and his opponents:

If you had to buy Christmas presents for your opponents, what would you buy them?>MARTIN: I'd email them some iTunes. Motorhead for Stephen Harper. Nirvana for Jack Layton. And The Smiths for Gilles Duceppe.

Just thought it was fairly worth noting, particularly since Martin's nearly 70.

He does try a little too hard with "I'd email them some iTunes" but still, wow.

It would be completely awesome if he said "I'd YSI them some MP3s" instead.
