What a kickass song from a shitty band. "The Rat," of course.

Does anyone know how to achieve that guitar sound the band gets on the recording? It sounds like it's going through some kind of pedal or processor, but it's unfamiliar to me.

I think this is one of my favourite songs by anyone, ever. And I don't particularly like The Walkmen either, based on their first album.

The drumming on "The Rat" is absolutely amazing.

I think the Walkmen are great. Sorry.

2 great albums and I have high hopes for the one that's coming out this year, I don't think they will disappoint

Probably the biggest gap between one song and the rest of a bands output that I can think of

splates (splates), Sunday, 22 January 2006 08:59 (twenty years ago)

you're crazy, the Verve have a far greater gap

senseiDancer (sexyDancer), Sunday, 22 January 2006 17:04 (twenty years ago)
